Made to Measure Information and Policies
Congratulations, you are beginning the exciting process of having a piece of clothing made to your measurements!
In order to fully understand the process, policies, and what you can expect from us, as well as what we expect from you, please read the following carefully
Thank you for loving our designs! After you choose the design you would like to have made, please look at photos and read the description carefully. Material might be subject to change due to supply, but this will be notified to you before we begin the process of making the garment. Also, if there is something you would like changed, I will be happy to consider it with you, as long as it is feasible and within the limit of Maison Murasaki aesthetics.
2. Payments and Cancellations
You can choose from 3 types of payment options when ordering a garment.
1. Make a full one-time payment via maisonmuraski.com Your skirt will be put into production immediately. We will personally email you to say hi, and let you know a time line.
2. Pay the 50% deposit upfront, and pay off the balance when the garment is complete and ready to ship. Please send us an email, and we will send you an invoice via Paypal for the deposit. The production of your garment will begin as soon as the deposit payment is complete!
3. Arrange a payment plan. We are very happy and open to arranging a payment plan, also known as Layaway, just for you. Everyone deserves a chance to get that special MM piece! Please email us, and we can talk about what will be a suitable plan for you. There is absolutely no extra charge for this service! The production of your garment will begin as soon as the deposit payment is complete!
Please read the below carefully before you go ahead with an order.
A 50% deposit of the full price is due upon committing to go forward with Maison Murasaki making your garment. This is to cover the cost of any expense that occurs during the process of making your garment, and is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you need to cancel, please notify us immediately.
The balance and, or shipping if applicable, is due when the garment is completed. We will notify you when the garment is done, and will ship out/ hand you the garment when the balance is fully paid. If you need time to pay when the garment is done, please just let us know the time line, and we will be happy to work with you.
You will receive a full refund including the deposit, only if Maison Murasaki is at fault at not being able to provide the final physical garment.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Standard production time varies by item. Please check on the item’s page in the boutique section. All shipping will be done via USPS Priority Mail Insured.
Any US Domestic orders over $300 will be free. For international orders of over $300, Maison Murasaki will cover 50% of shipping cost.
If there are any changes to this time line, you will be notified immediately. We cannot guarantee the exact arrival date of your garment. If there is a special event you would like to wear it to, please check in with us ahead of time, to see if we can meet your needs. We will happily jump through hoops to make you happy!
By making payment on your deposit, you are agreeing to the Maison Murasaki Custom Orders policies.
